Recognizing Sacred Moments of Your Life
- Driving to work, the sun is coming up and you’re overcome with gratitude and awe…
- In the midst of chaos and turmoil, peace settles over your soul…
- While wondering if this is all there is to life, a small still voice whispers, “Be still and know…”
These sacred moments begin to pop up more as you notice God’s fingerprints in your life. Spiritual direction helps you notice more of God’s activity in your life.
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is the opportunity to come together with a spiritual director, one on one, for gentle non-judgmental guidance as you seek greater meaning and purpose in your life. You have time and space to reflect upon your spiritual journey and growth. You may want to:
- strengthen your faith
- renew your prayer life
- find greater direction in your life
- explore grief, loss and/or forgiveness
Whatever it is that you are seeking in a closer relationship with God, we can explore together. As you seek God, you discover more about yourself. That hurried, disconnected, worried life begins to calm, connect and hope again.
Nancy loves seeing God’s fingerprints everywhere she goes. She has found hope and freedom from depression and anxiety as she has grown closer to God. She loves creating safe spaces for women as they explore and grow their own relationship with God.
She is a Certified Spiritual Director from the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and enjoys serving her local church in their prayer and care ministry.
